    my recent stay in new york was fantastic because of the accommodating staff and clean room at jfk rockaways inn. the comfortable bedroom, friendly staff, and convenient location made my christmas party memorable. cons: A/C set at 86 degrees, couldn't adjust.

    Booked Handicap Access room with the bathrooms and a hair dryer, as example and got it upon arrival. The location of this hotel was marvellous and peaceful. The stuff was courteous and nice on arrival and throughout the stay.

    Some of the staff were extremely bad.

    I recently stayed at the JFK Rockaways Inn for a short business trip, and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. the hotel appeared freshly refurbished, and my room was very clean and comfortable. the staff were warm and accommodating, with one team member going above and beyond to ensure I was settled in. the location was convenient, and I appreciated the free Wi-Fi and parking. Overall, it felt like a great value for a brief stay.

    the hotel was exactly as advertised - very clean and comfortable. the staff were superb and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Parking was easy and safe, which was a big plus.

    The staff here were absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel itself was spotless and super cozy, with easy and safe parking. All the negative reviews are totally exaggerated, so don't worry about them. The location is great for getting to and from JFK, making travel a breeze. Plus, the 24-hour reception and flat-screen TVs added an extra touch of convenience and entertainment. Highly recommend!
